		<description>I understand where you're coming from, Meryl...and you, too, Kim. The challenge for me has been to curtail my twittering. Just because I get instant updates doesn't (and shouldn't) mean I need to respond instantly. A tool loses its efficiency if it's overused and personally, I believe efficiency has to be tied to effectiveness. By that I mean that if a tool is designed to help me be more time-efficient, if I spend too much time using it, then it's not being very effective!</description>
