Can my trip to Technology Hell finally be over?

Geez, I sure hope so! How long has it been since I started on this journey of sporadic internet connections and inconsistent uploads? Hmmm, my last post was on November 5th, so it’s been 6 weeks!

I’ve been maintaining an optimistic outlook throughout the ordeal and I think it has finally paid off….or was it the work my ISP guys, Zach and Josh, have put in? I gotta tell ya, those two guys have worked tirelessly the entire time. Hey, I even moved a desk up to the old house so they’d have a place to work on the equipment, which seems to have multiplied since they first put up the antenna and connected it to the modem. I suspect they’ve spent a lot more money than what I paid them to do the initial installation, too.  I almost feel guilty for telling Zach early on that I’d been in the technology game long enough to know that things don’t always work the first time you try them. Sometimes they don’t even work the second, third, or fourth times.  Boy, was that an accurate prediction!

Well, I finally have upload. It’s not as fast as it should be but it doesn’t time out on me anymore. My hat is off to Zach and Josh. Thanks, guys! When you say that “Customer service is not an option, it’s standard equipment,” you really mean it!
